Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV) “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, let us encourage one another.”

If you know me very well you know I’m all about family.  I love my family and am so grateful that I can be a son, a brother, a husband, a dad, a grandpa, an uncle, a cousin…and I think you get where I’m coming from.  (Notice no mention of in-laws, jury is still out).

The other night a guy in our church family called to tell me how excited he was about being a part of Heartland.  He went on to tell me about how much he, his wife and daughter had been blessed since becoming a part of our church family.  That got me to thinking, and that thinking got me to thanking.  I began to thank God for allowing me to have such a wonderful church family.

I thank God for the way you encourage one another.  I thank God for the care and prayers you are giving each other.  I thank God for meeting needs, I thank God for your labors of love, for your prayers, for cards written, phone calls; the truth is, I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Remember this, I’m THANKING GOD FOR THINKING OF YOU!
