Dennis and Leanne Cariker started Heartland Free Will Baptist as a home missions church plant. They were blessed to see the church grow and move into its own newly built facility in the spring of 2003. Dennis has previously served in several other churches, including pastoring churhes in Spencer, OK and Sunnyvale, CA. Dennis is known for always having a good joke and for his generosity with everyone he meets.
Dennis and Leanne Cariker have been married for 33 years and have two grown daughters. Dennis earned his Bachelors of Theology from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College in Moore, OK and recently recieved his Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Leanne received her Bachelors in Management and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University and also has a Masters degree in Human Relations from OU. We are so proud to have Dennis and Leanne at our church.
